Digital Products & Online Courses

All courses and materials offered by TNS Singing- Notary Success Blueprint are digital products with immediate access. Because of this, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


48-Hour Refund Window

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your original purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course
  • You have not downloaded a substantial portion of course materials
  • You have not shared access or violated our Terms of Use

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered under any circumstances.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 48-hour refund window has passed
  • You accessed or downloaded course materials
  • You completed a significant portion of the course
  • You failed to complete the course
  • You decided the course was “not for you”
  • You did not achieve a desired outcome, income level, certification, or result
  • Your access was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use


Payment Plans

If you enrolled using a payment plan:

  • Refunds are only available within the 48-hour window
  • After 48 hours, all remaining payments are still due
  • Missed or failed payments may result in immediate loss of access


No Guarantees

We do not guarantee income, success, licensing approval, certification, or business outcomes. All content is provided for educational purposes only and results depend on individual effort, state laws, and external factors.


How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Course name
  • Reason for the request

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of course access
  • Permanent removal from the platform
  • Ineligibility for future purchases

We strongly encourage contacting us directly to resolve any concerns.
